- Prepare quotations for major projects in close coordination with sales personnel, regional managers, distributors, representatives, and alliance managers .
- Assist management with major project tender signoffs as required by the company’s Delegation of Authority (DoA) framework .
- Propose innovative solutions to clients based on your extensive technical expertise and seniority to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction .

Application process
- Supervise the activities of Application Engineers I and II, providing guidance to ensure team alignment, productivity, and professional growth .
- Act as the critical bridge between Sales, internal operations, project management, and factories located outside the PU NAM region .
- Actively support the achievement of regional sales plan objectives through technical proposal excellence .
- Analyze customer specifications, define scope, evaluate "buy-out" components (e.g., seals, couplings, actuators), and manage post-submission technical/commercial clarifications .
- Maintain and supervise data accuracy in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/RFT) to ensure reliable sales forecasts and workload reporting . Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura) in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering . Experience:
- Mandatory: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Application Specialist specifically within the pump industry .
- Desirable: 2 years of experience in group supervision or leadership activities.
