Role overview
- Design, implement and optimize best practices, processes and instruments in the Human Resources and Organizational Development department for the Defence Group in a future-oriented and practical manner
- Advising and supporting HR business partners and line managers on topics such as leadership training, personnel assessment, company health management, diversity etc.
- As a project manager, lead projects from conception to implementation
- Working in higher-level working groups at the level of VBS and the Confederation and ensuring internal and external networking with the competent specialist offices
- Regularly act as a speaker and moderator on your own specialist topics
- University degree in psychology, business administration, social sciences or comparable studies
- Several years of professional experience in personnel and organizational development as well as in project management
- Communicative and humorous person with a solution-oriented way of working and fun with new approaches
- Flair for thinking customer-oriented, conceptual and interdisciplinary as well as enjoying workshops and trainings
- Knowledge of a second official language and affinity for digital HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors) are a plus
