For the Senevita in Burgdorf we are looking for a mindful and team-oriented person as a specialist / health specialist FaGe EFZ 50 - 100% - only late service Your tasks

• You ensure individual, holistic and resident-oriented care and care that focuses on the quality of life of the residents
• You actively support the residents in maintaining and promoting their existing abilities and involve them in their care decisions
• You recognize early changes in the health status of the residents, document them precisely and initiate appropriate measures
• You maintain an empathetic and transparent exchange with relatives and caregivers and are available as a competent contact person
• You actively participate in the further development of our care quality and contribute your ideas to the optimization of processes

You bring that with you

• Completed training as a specialist health EFZ or an equivalent training recognised in Switzerland
• Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in long-term care - even re-entrants are welcome
• You have a big heart for older people and value appreciative, empathetic and resident-centered care
• You enjoy working in a team, are helpful and respectful in dealing with colleagues and actively contribute to a positive working environment
• Very good knowledge of German is essential for communication with our residents and in the team
