Together with HR Administration, HR Infoline and Quality Management, we ensure the correct wage and personnel administration as well as the advice of around 6,500 civilian and 3,500 military employees. You can make this contribution Responsible for quality management in the assigned area of the HR Service Center Defence and ensure the further development of processes along the HR strategy Analyze key leadership figures as well as collect data, create evaluations and derive effective measures from them Monitor measures and initiate and accompany the continuous improvement process (CIP) and ensure their effectiveness Coordinate ICS and independently carry out controls and prepare reports at the higher level Updating work instructions and maintaining training materials and supporting testing

This makes you unique Higher vocational training with 2–3 years of functional experience or vocational qualification with 4–7 years of functional experience Experience in quality management, in particular in ensuring and further developing standards, processes and service quality Conceptual and editorial skills as well as strong analytical and systematic thinking skills Quick capture of complex contexts and the ability to bring demanding issues in writing and verbally comprehensible and precise to the point Advantages are strong HR-IT system knowledge with in-depth Excel expertise (data analysis, evaluations and complex calculations) as well as solid expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (IPDM, PSD)

Your commitment to security and freedom The Army Staff (A Staff) supports the Chief of the Army in the leadership of the Departmental Department of Defence and is responsible for the overall military planning and development of the Swiss Army. Here, in accordance with the political guidelines, the strategic foundations, the armed forces development and the army and armaments planning are developed and tasks in the international security context are performed. The command, control and coordination of all cross-cutting areas (personnel, finance, real estate) also fall under the responsibility of the Army Staff.
