Tasks

• Positioning and further development of the employer brand Concara internally and externally
• Development and implementation of target group-oriented employer branding communication via relevant internal and external channels
• Conception, implementation and evaluation of various measures along the candidate journey incl. Campaign
• Management and further development of Concara’s career platform
• Design and implementation of employee retention measures
• Design and manage attractive and uniform job advertisements that optimally position Concara on the job market
• Conception and implementation of appearances at employee recruitment events
• Management of employer evaluation platforms such as Kununu

Requirements

• Completed education or studies in communication or marketing
• Creativity and initiative and joy in bringing in new ideas
• Conceptual and strategic thinking and action
• Secure performance and presentation competence
• A few years of experience (in MA recruitment/binding or communication/marketing) beneficial
• Knowledge of health care and educational landscape is beneficial
• Very good knowledge of German in words and writing and clear language
• Work experience in interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as CMS, video editing, AI, graphical tools (Adobe CC/Canva)
