You can make this contribution
- Operate, configure, support and develop Microsoft Teams and UCC platforms in a DevOps team
- Technical cooperation and support of customers in agile UCC projects as well as their concerns
- Automate processes using PowerShell and manage and optimize interfaces to other services (e.g. in and around M365)
- Provide new or existing UCC solutions in the M365 environment as well as customer support in the introduction
- Collaboration in Team Picettdienst
This makes you unique
- Computer Science Education (EFZ) with flair for UCC services and automation or equivalent in practice acquired expertise in the operation of UCC Services and Microsoft Teams solutions
- Several years of experience in administering and operating (monitoring, securing, testing) M365 services
- Powershell knowledge is advantageous
- Experience working in agile teams (SAFe/SCRUM)
- Motivated and committed personality; customer- and team-oriented and networked way of working; communicative and able to understand demanding relationships
- Good knowledge of a second official language
