More than Care Quality of Life Starts with You
Professional / Specialist Support Mixed concept 40-80% Spiez from now on or by agreement We believe that life does not fit in drawers. This is why we have young and older people living with different needs, diseases and behavioural patterns. They live together in a living area and write a piece of life story with you. We have our own night team. So you only work from early to late. The nights take over others. With our two pool models, we create flexibility in operational planning and relieve permanent employees. So that free days really remain free. We trust you. You can actively contribute your knowledge and take on daily responsibility. For questions, a professional contact person in the house will help. Questions about this listing
What salary does Stiftung Solina offer for this role?
The original listing does not state a salary. Our estimate for this role and sector in Spiez is CHF 85'000 - 119'000 gross per year — an estimate, not a figure communicated by Stiftung Solina. The calculator on this site converts a gross salary into your actual net take-home once cross-border tax and social contributions are applied.
Is this a full-time role, and what type of contract does Stiftung Solina offer?
This listing is a part-time and full-time position. The contract type shown here comes directly from the employer's original posting; always confirm exact hours, notice period and probation length with Stiftung Solina during the application process, since these details can vary by role even within the same contract category.
Do I need a cross-border work permit for a role in Bern?
EU/EFTA residents living in the border zone of the country adjoining Canton Bern can apply for a G permit; the Swiss employer files it with that canton's migration office after the contract is signed. Border-zone rules and processing times vary by neighbouring country and canton, so confirm the specifics with Bern's cantonal migration office or with HR during the application.
How do I apply for this position at Stiftung Solina?
Use the "Apply now" button on this page — it links directly to Stiftung Solina's original listing at stiftung-solina.onlyfy.jobs, so your application goes straight to the employer's own applicant-tracking system. Frontaliere Ticino does not collect or forward applications itself.
