Alternativ verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bahnumfeld und bist bereit, dich in IT-Themen einzuarbeiten.
Deutsch oder Französisch (C2) ist deine Muttersprache und du kannst dich in der jeweils anderen Sprache mündlich verständigen. Zudem sind Grundkenntnisse in Italienisch von Vorteil.

In the event of a malfunction, you are the contact person in 2nd level support and, as a member of the agile team, you ensure the functionality of the various applications.
You create and update the corresponding process documentation and training materials for various internal and external user groups and also carry out training courses if necessary.
You are jointly responsible for monitoring the interfaces to ensure data quality in the BSA and carry out configurations.

You have a high level of social skills, you find it easy to communicate on different levels and you enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams.
Knowledge or affinity for activities related to track work or resource scheduling is definitely an advantage and will help you be the bridge between the users and the development team.
We require a completed training in the IT field or an equivalent craft/technical training with in-depth interest in IT, e.g. as specialist user support.
Alternatively, you have completed training and several years of professional experience in the railway environment and are willing to familiarize yourself with IT topics.
German or French (C2) is your native language and you can communicate orally in the other language.
Basic knowledge of Italian is also an advantage.
