  • Du verfügst über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, Kommunizieren auf verschiedenen Ebenen fällt dir leicht und die Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams bereitet dir Freude.
  • Kenntnisse oder Affinität für Tätigkeiten in Bezug zu Arbeiten im Gleisfeld oder Ressourcendisposition sind definitiv von Vorteil und helfen dir, die Brücke zwischen den Anwendern und dem Entwicklungsteam zu sein.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Informatikbereich oder eine gleichwertige handwerklich/technische Ausbildung mit vertieftem IT-Interesse, z.B. als Anwender-Fachsupport, setzen wir voraus.
  • Alternativ verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bahnumfeld und bist bereit, dich in IT-Themen einzuarbeiten.
  • Deutsch oder Französisch (C2) ist deine Muttersprache und du kannst dich in der jeweils anderen Sprache mündlich verständigen. Zudem sind Grundkenntnisse in Italienisch von Vorteil.

  • Knowledge or affinity for activities related to track work or resource scheduling is definitely an advantage and will help you be the bridge between the users and the development team.
  • We require a completed training in the IT field or an equivalent craft/technical training with in-depth interest in IT, e.g. as specialist user support.
  • Alternatively, you have completed training and several years of professional experience in the railway environment and are willing to familiarize yourself with IT topics.
  • German or French (C2) is your native language and you can communicate orally in the other language.
  • Basic knowledge of Italian is also an advantage.
