- You ensure the correct, complete and timely invoicing of outpatient services and deal in particular with more complex billing cases, special topics and defined mandates.
- You take on special tasks within the team, for example for specific clients, areas of expertise, tariff areas, control processes or system-related topics.
- You create, check and interpret evaluations and work lists to support invoicing, quality assurance and process control.
- You support the team management and their deputy in professional clarifications, controls, evaluations as well as in the further development of ambulatory billing.
- You support tests, system adjustments, master data checks and professional validations in the context of IT and digitalization projects.
- In addition, more challenging questions with internal interfaces such as patient admission, service providers, medical secretariats, application managers, IT, rejection management and other specialist areas.
Requirements
- You have a degree at HF or FH level, preferably in a commercial, business or health related field. Alternatively, you bring a completed vocational training as a merchant / business assistant EFZ or a comparable education and training.
- You have a high affinity for IT, digitalization, system applications and evaluations.
- You have a strong analytical understanding and see connections between tariffs, processes, systems and data quality.
- You convince through a good communication ability and enjoy working with different internal and external stakeholders.
