- Completed studies or higher professional qualification in business administration, digital business & AI, business education, mediatics or a comparable field of study
- Further education in the field of digital learning (DAS/MAS) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in personnel development, learning & development, corporate learning or education
- Very good knowledge of digital learning, didactics and learning process design as well as a secure use of digital learning and authoring tools
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented procedure with high conversion strength
