- Coordination of clarifications between service providers, patients: inside, clinics and insurers
- Completed commercial training and/or basic or advanced medical training
- Ideally business training (Spitalfachfrau/-mann with specialized ID or comparable qualifications) Knowledge of medical terminology
Main responsibilities
- Correct invoicing (incl. performance control) according to statutory, contractual and operational provisions Creation of outpatient settlements Information on invoices issued
- Coordination of clarifications between service providers, patients: inside, clinics and insurers
- Processing of invoice complaints from the outpatient service Cancel and create new invoices
- Care and support of the internal clinics with regard to a collective and complete performance assessment Analysis and optimization of processes Work on internal projects
- Support for patient administration on various technical topics
Key requirements
- Completed commercial training and/or basic or advanced medical training
- Ideally business training (Spitalfachfrau/-mann with specialized ID or comparable qualifications) Knowledge of medical terminology
- Interesting, varied activity in a friendly working atmosphere

- 2 days a week may be provided at the Home Office
