We are looking for a specialist in occupational health management (BGM) for a two-year temporary position in the team Culture & Organizational Development.
In this role, you will accompany leaders, teams and organizational units in change and development processes.
A particular focus is on the further development of occupational health management and the promotion of a healthy and sustainable organisation.
Within the Human Resources and Cultural Development department, you are particularly committed to the following topics:
- They develop the national occupational health management strategically and operationally and implement effective measures for health promotion and prevention
- They analyze relevant key figures and, together with internal and external partners, derive sustainable measures
- They advise leaders and areas on issues related to health, cooperation and sustainable working ability
- They accompany change and organizational development processes and strengthen a culture that promotes personal responsibility, cooperation and continuous learning.
- They design and moderate workshops as well as development formats for teams and leaders.

- Several years of professional experience in occupational health management, supplemented by experience in cultural and organizational development
- University degree in health management, organizational psychology, psychology or similar education
- Systemic thinking and the ability to analyze complex relationships and translate them into effective solutions
- High initiative, strong consulting and communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
- Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of a second national language
