Role overview
Responsibility for the monitoring of strategic and conceptual HRM projects involving the various stakeholders as well as the development of basic principles and ensuring concrete HRM measures
Responsibility for HR process management and personal safety checks (according to ISG/BPG)
Professional support in the topics ICS and functional evaluation

- High affinity for figures and IT applications with very good SAP and Excel skills;

- Good active knowledge of a second official language
