Together with our BGM team, you will support executives, teams and departments in promoting healthy and effective work. You bring people, data and organization together and actively shape the further development of work ability, leadership, collaboration and healthy working conditions.
- Analyze & recognize: identify burdens, resources and development potential as well as evaluate key figures, surveys and feedback
- Join & Empower: Supporting leaders and teams with questions about work ability, collaboration and change
- Develop & design: moderate workshops, develop concepts and pilot projects and develop practical tools
- Coordinating and implementing: accompanying projects around "Healthy Work", supporting communication and training activities and sustainably anchoring improvements
- Think ahead and network: Help shape the development of a healthy organization up to a friendly work space and foster cooperation with education, HR business partners and other specialist areas
Requirements
- University or technical college degree in occupational and organisational psychology, occupational or health sciences, social sciences, health management or a comparable field of specialisation
- Experience in several of the following areas is beneficial: change support, cultural or personnel development, work ability/employability, systemic consulting
- Experience in health, social or educational and health management/BGM is beneficial
- Enjoy the analysis of data and the development of practical solutions
