• Advise and accompany executives and organizational units in leadership, organizational and cultural development.
• Lead projects as well as change and development processes as well as moderate workshops, exams and development formats.
• Represent the department in cross-departmental projects and committees within the Federal Administration.
• Promote team collaboration and actively share knowledge and contribute to the development of a constructive and inspiring team culture.
• The professional and personnel deputy of the Head of Education and Leadership Development.
• University degree (master) in psychology, business administration, social sciences or a comparable discipline as well as further training in organizational and personnel development.
• Several years of experience in the design and implementation of programmes in the areas of leadership, organizational or personnel development.
• First leadership experience or experience in deputizing for a leadership function is advantageous.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as experience in managing projects and change projects.
• High consulting competence, convincing appearance and pleasure in further developing people and organizations.
