- Lead or accompany projects and change projects at the interface of law, organization and IT and advise directorates and departments on data compliance requirements.
- Design and implement training, awareness-raising and communication measures.
- university degree at master’s level or comparable education as well as in-depth knowledge of data protection and information law.
- At least five years of practical experience in compliance and governance as well as in-depth experience in the development and implementation of governance structures, standards, roles and processes or compliance management systems.
- In particular, the governance and development position seeks in-depth experience related to audit and internal control system (ICS);
- Experience in risk management is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of data, information systems and business processes as well as their legal and organizational relationships.
- Experience in managing or accompaniing complex projects and change projects in the compliance and governance environment as well as the ability to quickly capture, structure and communicate complex issues in a user-friendly manner.
- Good oral and written knowledge in two official languages as well as in English, each at least at level B2.
