Role overview

Your Mission We are looking for a specialist in Corporate Health Management (CSM) for a two-year term position within the organization's Culture & Development team for immediate or suitable entry into office.

In this role, you support team leaders, teams and organizational units in change and development processes.

In particular, you contribute to the development of corporate health management and the promotion of a healthy and sustainable organization.

Within the Organisation's Culture & Development department, you are committed to the following themes:

  • Strategic and operational development of the national enterprise health management programme and implementation of effective health promotion and prevention measures
  • Analysis of relevant indicators and, in collaboration with internal and external partners, implementation of sustainable measures
  • Advice to areas and team leaders on health, collaboration and sustainable retention issues
  • Supporting processes of change and organizational development, and strengthening a culture that promotes individual responsibility, collaboration and continuous learning
  • Design and conduct of workshops and development programmes for teams and team leaders Your profile
  • Several years of professional experience in corporate health management, with experience in cultural and organizational development
  • University/high school diploma in health management, organization psychology or equivalent training
  • Systemic thinking capacity and ability to analyze complex systems and translate them into effective solutions
  • Great spirit of initiative, excellent counselling and communication skills, taste for interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Very good command of German and good command of a second national language What we offer you

Key requirements

  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle en gestion de la santé en entreprise, assorties d'une expérience en développement culturel et organisationnel
  • Diplôme universitaire/d'une haute école en gestion de la santé, en psychologie des organisations ou formation équivalente
  • Capacité de réflexion systémique ainsi qu'aptitude à analyser des systèmes complexes et à les traduire en solutions efficaces
  • Grand esprit d'initiative, excellentes compétences en matière de conseil et de communication, goût pour la collaboration interdisciplinaire
  • Très bonne maîtrise de l'allemand et bonne maîtrise d'une deuxième langue nationale
