Tasks

As a specialist, you design and coordinate everyday life in your area of competence and take responsibility for a holistic, individual care and care of our residents: inside. Interdisciplinary cooperation is just as natural for you as the implementation of nursing measures that you implement with high expertise and empathy. You will recognize changes in the state of the inhabitants: within an early stage and take the necessary steps to support them. You actively involve relatives and trustees in the care process and care for professional and sensitive handling. Depending on your needs, you will take over other areas of responsibility such as day-responsibility in shift operation. In your work, you will be supported by professionals such as the care and wound expert and the Palliative Care Officer.

Requirements

• Secondary education (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, beta-career/in, nursing, etc.)

• Electronic care documentation is standard with us
