- As a Service Manager, you take on support tasks in 1st and 2nd-level support as well as control room operations
- You support the Change and Release Manager in the planning, implementation and further development of system adjustments
Main responsibilities
- As a Service Manager, you take on support tasks in 1st and 2nd-level support as well as control room operations
- You support the Change and Release Manager in the planning, implementation and further development of system adjustments
- You take responsibility in the coordination of system introductions in our logistics and meat production
- You plan and conduct tests, training and accompany the commissioning of new IT solutions

- Professional experience: at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably also system support, SAP know-how is a plus
- Completed basic or advanced training: in the field of logistics or computer science, specific advanced training at level FA or similar of advantage
- You convince with your positive attitude and your team-capable personality
- You approach people openly and service-oriented and understand how to successfully represent your concerns with the necessary persuasive power
- You have an affinity for IT topics, like to work independently and develop continuously
