For our social service in the Center for Integrated Emergency Psychiatry and Crisis Intervention, we are looking for you as tasks from August 1, 2026 or by appointment:
The main focus in the day clinic is on professional reintegration, in close cooperation with external bodies such as the IV/SVA, case managers and employers
Advice and support for patients in the areas of housing, work/day structure, social affairs, finances (especially social insurance) and administration as well as child and adult protection

- Support in the search for follow-up solutions and organization of exit planning in close collaboration with the patients
- Coordination of assistance in collaboration with institutions, authorities, legal representatives and relatives
- Representation of social work expertise in the interprofessional treatment team consisting of medical, psychological, therapeutic and nursing specialists
- Participation in jointly conducted reports and case discussions
- Active participation in and further development of clinical social work in the PDAG Requirements:
- You have a degree from a university of social work and have professional experience in the same or similar professional field, especially in the area of professional integration.
