- You help build the daily clinic: from concepts to processes to creating a therapeutic space that combines workability and mental health.
- Expertise – A tertiary degree in social work (FH, HF or comparable) and ideally experience in the psychiatric field (or great interest to introduce you here).
- Pragmatic solution orientation – You don't think in problems, but in possibilities.
Main responsibilities
- Constructing from the ground
- You help build the daily clinic: from concepts to processes to creating a therapeutic space that combines workability and mental health.
- Social diagnostics with depth – You not only grasp the patient's support needs superficially, but you go to the real challenges: where does it really work?
- What hurdles are in the way?
- What does it take for someone to live independently and safely?
- Creating networks – You work closely with specialist bodies, employers, authorities and relatives, and make sure everyone pulls in one line.
- exit planning with vision – You shape individual transitions from the clinic to everyday life and make sure no one falls into the void.
- Team player in case reviews – In interdisciplinary rounds, you bring your social-working perspective and help develop holistic treatment plans. Requirements:
