- Formation continue ou études achevées en économie d'entreprise, développement de l'organisation, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine similaire (niveau HES).
Key requirements
- Expérience de conduite de plusieurs années dans des organisations ou unités d'organisation de taille moyenne corroborée par des compétences sociales, des capacités de leadership et des aptitudes de communication. Talent pour la négociation et capacité à s'imposer.
- Formation continue ou études achevées en économie d'entreprise, développement de l'organisation, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine similaire (niveau HES).
- CAS en gestion de crise et d'urgence ou formation comparable dans le domaine des services de secours (p. ex. cours de formation à la conduite d'événements majeurs CSSP); expérience dans la gestion des événements et les processus y afférents. Connaissances ferroviaires et service du feu niveau officier, seraient un atout.
- Titulaire du permis de catégorie B et disposition à assurer un service de piquet.
- Des connaissances d'allemand niveau B1 sont indispensables.

- Intervention firefighters provide support to public emergency organizations.

- You ensure operational management of the Intervention site in Biel/Bienne and the management of around 20 employees in compliance with the management principles in force at the CFF.
- You guarantee optimal management of events as well as implementation of processes in line with the objectives of effectiveness, efficiency, security and quality within the site.
- As a member of the Surface West Intervention management team, you represent your site vis-à-vis internal and external partners.
- You are responsible for a professional and operational Intervention site;
- You represent the general interests of SBB in the event of events vis-à-vis internal and external stakeholders (authorities, emergency services, etc.) on site, in order to enable a return to normal operation of rail traffic as quickly as possible.

- Several years of driving experience in medium-sized organizations or organizational units corroborated by social skills, leadership abilities and communication skills.
