Key requirements
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung von grösseren Organisationen / Organisationseinheiten mit entsprechender Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz, Leadership sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium / abgeschlossene Weiterbildung in Richtung Betriebswirtschaft, Organisationsentwicklung, Prozessmanagement, Projektmanagement oder ähnlich (Stufe FH od. HF).
- Ein CAS Krisen- und Notfallmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich von Blaulichtorganisationen (z.B. Fachausbildungskurs Führung Grossereignisse FKS); entsprechende Erfahrung in der Ereignisbewältigung / Prozessen der Ereignisbewältigung, sowie Bahn- Know-How und Erfahrungen in der Offiziersstufe bei der Intervention ist von Vorteil.
- Den Führerausweis Kategorie B und die Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst.
- Französischkenntnisse auf niveau B1.

Company and context
- As part of incident management, the SBB intervention supports public emergency organizations and is actively involved in event prevention.
- You can move that.
- You will manage around 20 employees operationally and personally at the Biel/Bienne intervention site, among other things in accordance with the applicable management principles of the SBB.
- You are responsible for the targeted professionalization of the intervention to ensure high-quality event management and implementation of processes regarding effectiveness, efficiency, safety and quality.
- You are a member of the Intervention Area West management team and as such represent the intervention to internal and external bodies.
- You represent the overall interests of SBB during major events towards internal and external parties (authorities, emergency response organizations, etc.) at the event location.
- This is with the aim of returning rail traffic to normal operations as quickly as possible.

- Several years of management experience in larger organizations/organizational units with appropriate leadership and social skills, leadership as well as communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness.
- A completed degree/further training in business administration, organizational development, process management, project management or similar (FH or HF level).
