As a shop detective, you are on the road in our branches throughout the economic area of Migros Aare (Berne, Solothurn, Aargau) and actively ensure the protection of our assets and the sense of security of our customers and employees.

- As a shop detective, you are on the road in our branches throughout the economic area of Migros Aare (Berne, Solothurn, Aargau) and actively ensure the protection of our assets and the sense of security of our customers and employees.
- Supervision of sales areas and active prevention of shoplifting in the economic area – mainly in the regions of Bern, Berner Oberland and Biel, with occasional operations in the cantons of Solothurn and Aargau
- Implementation of personnel checks and issuance of house bans
Main responsibilities
- Supervision of sales areas and active prevention of shoplifting in the economic area – mainly in the regions of Bern, Berner Oberland and Biel, with occasional operations in the cantons of Solothurn and Aargau
- Implementation of personnel checks and issuance of house bans
- Processing of customer crimes, identity checks, questioning and reporting to the police
- Creation of theft reports, evaluations and reporting as well as securing and processing of evidence (e.g. video recordings)
- Support for the operational security department in day-to-day business and special topics Requirements
- Some years of professional experience: in the security sector, ideally in the order service and/or as a shop detective*
- Completed basic or further training: EFZ and further training as a shop detective or training in the public order service Impeccable repute
- Experience in shoplifting detection and video surveillance
- Knowledge of the relevant legal regulations
- Service orientation, assertiveness and high social skills Very good user knowledge in MS Office German (negotiable) Cosa of Friamo
