Idealerweise hast du eine Ausbildung im RCP-Bereich abgeschlossen und hast die BZU-Ausbildung (Betriebliche Zuguntersuchung) absolviert oder bist bereit diese zu absolvieren.

Key requirements

Idealerweise hast du eine Ausbildung im RCP-Bereich abgeschlossen und hast die BZU-Ausbildung (Betriebliche Zuguntersuchung) absolviert oder bist bereit diese zu absolvieren.
- Du verfügst über umfassende soziale und berufliche Kompetenzen. Du schätzst es, in unvorhergesehenen Situationen Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Du arbeitest gerne mit Kollegen zusammen und respektierst die verschiedenen Persönlichkeiten, du arbeitest selbstständig und findest schnell, auch in schwierigen Situationen, eine gute Lösung. Du engagierst dich aktiv für die Sicherheit deiner Kolleginnen und Kollegen und bist ein Vorbild im Alltag.
- Die häufige Nutzung des Computers ist für dich selbstverständlich, ebenso wie die Anwendung der Arbeitszeitbestimmungen des GAV und des AZG.
- Du hast viel Erfahrung im Bereich des Rangierens und kennst das Teamgebiet von Biel.
