- Every day you contribute to ensuring that premises, infrastructure and buildings remain in optimal condition
- You are responsible for the maintenance and maintenance work in the HVAC areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary installations
- You install, repair, procure and replace components such as sanitary fittings, clothing or fittings
- You will monitor and optimize the operation of the building equipment via the MRSL system (PRIVA) in terms of energy efficiency, sustainability and operating costs
- You ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure throughout the clinic and intervene in the event of technical malfunctions as well as fire alarms
- With the support of the team, you take over weekend piquetting services (available by phone, in case of emergency on site)
