As part of the continuous development of our team in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a committed and experienced person for the position as senior clerk/accident services to strengthen our Department of Personal Insurance at our headquarters in Wankdorf. You will become an important part of our team, providing first-class accident services to our customers. Its tasks shall include:
- Independent and qualified handling of accidents in close cooperation with care managers, consulting doctors and other internal and external partners
- Self-responsible and customer-oriented case management, including analysis and assessment of insurance claims
- Creating sophisticated correspondence and making complex telephone conversations with insured persons, customers, authorities, doctors and legal representatives
- Responsibility for case handling from first report to completion, under
- Consideration of the applicable guidelines and legal provisions
- Proactive co-creation of processes in the team and active participation in the knowledge exchange as well as the continuous optimization of processes Your profile:
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by a professional certificate in the insurance sector
- Several years of professional experience in the field of personal insurance, preferably focusing on accident insurance
- Stylistic German in word and writing, good knowledge of French is a plus
- Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and enforcement
- High level of independence, a strong sense of responsibility and pleasure in dealing with challenging issues
