Role overview
In the area of Service Monitoring, you will engage in the following topics:
Central monitoring of national ICT and infrastructure services as well as all SRG SSR programs with various distribution channels in early, mid, and late shifts.
Overall coordination and assurance of the service support processes with the support units within SRG and external suppliers.

- Completed apprenticeship in computer science, electronics, or electrical engineering.
- Broad ICT and/or broadcast knowledge and interest desirable.
Key requirements
- Completed apprenticeship in computer science, electronics, or electrical engineering.
- Broad ICT and/or broadcast knowledge and interest desirable.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in dealing with business partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Language skills in German and English, as well as ideally in French or Italian.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends as well as on-call duty.
- Practical and theoretical ITIL knowledge in the area of service support and service operation.
