Main responsibilities

- You actively prepare the service, do Mise-en-Place work, fill goods, keep the guest area clean and support in general cleaning and clean up work.
- You work closely with your colleagues in the service, the kitchen and other areas so that our guests can enjoy a harmonious and holistic experience.
- You support the team in cleaning, filling, simple back-office work, and maintaining our hygiene, HACCP and quality standards.
- From September we introduce a new restaurant concept with hybrid service.
- As a result, your area of responsibility is extended to the active operation of our guests in the à-la-carte service.
- In the new concept, you will advise our guests on food and beverages, respond to your wishes, accept orders correctly and contribute to a positive experience of the restaurant visit.
