- You are the first point of contact for customer concerns – from onboarding to operations to escalation – and ensure trust, transparency and reliability
Company and context
- You develop and control standardized onboarding processes for new customers, taking into account technical, organizational and contractual aspects
- Establish regular service review meetings, run risk logs and produce meaningful reports for management and customers
- You work closely with internal departments such as Network Engineering, Security, Datacenter and Network Operation as well as Sales/KAM
- Identify potential for optimization in processes, tools and technology and drive operational excellence initiatives Profile and skills
- You have experience as a service delivery manager, service owner or project manager in the area of IT infrastructure – ideally with a focus on network and data center services
- You will have a thorough technical understanding of connectivity solutions (WAN/LAN, routing, switching, security) and data center technologies
- Experience with data center operations, connectivity and hybrid infrastructures is an advantage
- You are familiar with ITIL, SLA structures, KPI measurement and service governance – or are willing to work your way here
- You convince with strong communication and customer management skills as well as a structured, pragmatic and resilient personality
- You have good knowledge of German and English
