- Automation & modernization: Ongoing optimization and automation of software packages, software deployments and patch processes using PowerShell, PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT), Intune and other modern tools
- Software distribution: Operation, monitoring and continuous development of Intune-based software distribution in an enterprise environment with over 1,000 clients
