- Overall project management of benefit-oriented real estate projects such as strategic castling projects of several units up to and including the feasibility phase.

Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the strategic development of the real estate portfolio, creation and regular review of the real estate strategy
- Design of area strategies and development of master planning.
- Accompany and support the management in strategic real estate planning and development concepts
- Representation of the interests of the owner/developer vis-à-vis authorities and other stakeholders
- Development and implementation of a holistic area strategy including procedural conception of a strat. Space management
- Development of usage concepts and spatial programs for new buildings and existing properties
- Carrying out feasibility studies, test planning and competitions Profile:
- Master's degree (university/university of applied sciences) in business administration, architecture, engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in complex real estate and construction projects - ideally in hospital construction or in construction work in the public sector
- Sound knowledge of the healthcare system as well as hospital-specific operational processes
