Role overview
Your mission We are looking for a Senior Project Manager HR for a fixed-term position of two years within SSR Human Resources, starting now or at a mutually agreed date.
In this role, you will actively support the transformation of SSR and help shape central HR themes in a dynamic environment.
Within the Human Resources domain, you will be particularly engaged in the following themes:
- Your mission We are looking for a Senior Project Manager HR for a fixed-term position of two years within SSR Human Resources, starting now or at a mutually agreed date.
- In this role, you will actively support the transformation of SSR and help shape central HR themes in a dynamic environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the areas of HR projects and compensation
- Solid experience in managing and implementing projects, ideally in the field of transformation and within large national companies
Key requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the areas of HR projects and compensation
- Solid experience in managing and implementing projects, ideally in the field of transformation and within large national companies
- In-depth expertise in human resources and a good understanding of HR processes is an asset
- Strong conceptual skills; ability to clearly structure complex situations and place them in a strategic context
- A personality with a strong sense of communication, solution-oriented and empathetic, demonstrating a great spirit of initiative, systemic thinking, and the ability to reconcile different perspectives (regions, specialized areas)
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of a second national language What we offer you
