The SRO Psychiatric Services ensure regional, community and patient-oriented psychiatric care for 80 000 inhabitants.
We have modern, integrated supply structures such as emergency trip, station-equivalent mobile acute treatment, integrative psychiatry care, social psychiatric and psychotherapeutic outpatients at 4 locations with special offers, as well as rehabilitation day clinic, acute day clinic, age psychiatry with ambulatory and day clinic, and a stationary offer with 34 beds in Spital Langenthal.
We have the SIWF recognition as a further education in category A for 3 years, both outpatient and stationary.

- In cooperation with the Oberpsychologist/the Oberpsychologist, you will direct the medical and psychological cases.
Main responsibilities
- They work in a milieu-therapeutic and social-psychiatically experienced team.
- In cooperation with the Oberpsychologist/the Oberpsychologist, you will direct the medical and psychological cases.
- We work on the two stations, each with 17 beds, thanks to high staff keys with open doors and treat people from 18 years to high age with mental illnesses from the entire diagnostic spectrum (exc. dementia, eating disorders, development disorders).
- Deescalation techniques and engagement with patients are essential.
- An activity in our mobile acute treatment in part-time is also possible and desired. Requirements:
- They have completed specialist training for psychiatry and psychotherapy, or have several years of experience in this field.
- They are a team-oriented personality, combine evidence-based work with a social-psychiatric view, and encounter psychologically ill people respectfully and empathically. A pinch of humor completes its profile.
