Role overview

• Ensure smooth operation, maintenance and further development of specific customer applications and solve complex interface and data transmission problems

• Coordinate, monitor and control activities of primary service provision for admindirectory, firewall, network and other external suppliers

• In the case of complex cross-system disruptions (2nd/3rd Level) in the area of applications and local infrastructure, localize, limit and correct this

• Continuously optimize and possibly automate internal support and operating processes; continue to update operating manuals, instructions and checklists (especially for application operation)

• Implement and monitor configuration specifications within the application landscape and manage permissions and profiles

• Vocational training computer scientist/in EFZ, higher education (HF/FH) as well as certification in service management desired

• In-depth knowledge of configuration and support of Linux/Windows application environments

• Several years of solid professional experience in IT support

• Communicative, curious, resilient and good organizational skills

• Active knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English
