For our CMF (Craniomaxillofacial) division in Basel, we are looking for an experienced personality as Senior Global Product Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for a global product segment throughout the entire product lifecycle – from the development of product strategy and new products to the international market launch to the continuous development of the existing portfolio.
You will work closely with product development, engineering, QM/RA, production, logistics, marketing and sales while being close to our customers and markets.

- You lead product development projects and take responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality as well as the planning and control of the project budget.
- You develop new products and existing product solutions together with product development, engineering, production, logistics, marketing and sales and accompany them from the product idea to implementation.
- You plan, coordinate and control international product launches and impart the necessary product knowledge as part of training and other launch activities.
- You observe the market, competition, scientific developments and new technologies and derive relevant impulses for product strategy and product development.
- You will establish an international network with doctors and medical opinion leaders and maintain this through regular exchanges, visits to operations, congresses and other customer contacts.
- You will systematically seek market and customer feedback after product launches and, if necessary, initiate product improvements, corrective measures and changes.
- You work with QM/RA and Engineering to create the required product and approval documentation and ensure a reliable flow of information between internal and external partners. Your qualifications
- You have a university degree in business administration, technology, natural sciences or a comparable discipline.
