Key requirements
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im Controlling und überzeugst durch deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
- Mit deiner engagierten Arbeitsweise und deiner proaktiven Übernahme von Verantwortung motivierst und überzeugst du deine Stakeholder.
- Du arbeitest sehr selbstständig, denkst analytisch und in Szenarien und bringst eine hohe Affinität zu Systemen und Tools mit.
- Als Treiber:in des Geschäfts (Value Creation) erkennst du komplexe Ursache-Wirkungs-Zusammenhänge und steuerst diese aktiv mit.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH), vorzugsweise in BWL, Finance & Controlling oder ein technisches Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung.
- Du verfügst über fliessende Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse auf mindestens Niveau C1 und idealerweise Italienischkenntnisse auf Niveau A2.
