In order to expand our succession department in the heart of Bern, we are looking for a committed personality in the area of corporate succession / M&A with a focus on external corporate transactions.

- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unternehmensnachfolge / M&A (idealerweise 5 Jahre+)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium an einer FH/Uni oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung (dipl. Treuhandexperte/Treuhandexpertin, dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/-in o.ä.)
Key requirements
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unternehmensnachfolge / M&A (idealerweise 5 Jahre+)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium an einer FH/Uni oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung (dipl. Treuhandexperte/Treuhandexpertin, dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/-in o.ä.)
- Empathie, eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Fähigkeit, Kunden von dir als Projektleiter zu überzeugen und spannende Verkaufsmandate zu gewinnen
- Freude am Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen und Begeisterung für die Welt der Schweizer KMU
- Analytische Denkweise und Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen
- Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch, weitere verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse (ins. Englisch) sind von Vorteil
- Regionale Verankerung und Motivation, die Nachfolgeabteilung in Bern und an den heutigen Standorten Burgdorf, Thun und Solothurn auszubauen und weiterzuentwickeln
