- Co-responsibility for the operation of applications, including analysis and correction of incidents and defects as well as support of sales and service units
- Close cooperation with product management, other business engineers, specialists: inside, IT architecture and software developers
- Higher education degree in business administration, business informatics, banking & finance or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience as a business engineer or in a similar interface function between business and IT
- Proven expertise in digital openings and client onboarding
- Experience with technical and procedural issues along the customer life cycle (e.g. onboarding, KYC, review and mutation processes)
- Very good knowledge of agile working methods (Scrum; ideally SAFe experience) and pleasure in iterative, incremental delivery
