For a long-term and technologically demanding transformation program, we are looking for several experienced
In this project, you support the agile implementation of a complex and technologically demanding IT project. You are responsible for the establishment and continuous development of agile working methods, accompany interdisciplinary teams and ensure efficient cooperation within the Agile Release Train (ART) as well as with various internal and external stakeholders.
Your tasks
- Establish and develop agile working methods within the team
- Creating and maintaining team working agreements and agile standards
- Organising, moderating and following up Scrum and SAFe ceremonies
- Support the product owner in the maintenance and structuring of the product backlog
- Coaching team members and stakeholders in agile methods and best practices
- Identify, track and eliminate impediments
- Ensure transparent communication about progress, risks and dependencies
- Coordinating cooperation with other agile teams and external partners
- Define and track suitable KPIs and OKRs for goal achievement
- Continuous optimization of processes, tools and team structures
- Promote efficient onboarding of new team members
- Supporting dependency and interface management in the SAFe environment
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software or digitalization projects
- Higher education in computer science, business informatics or equivalent qualification
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and experience in scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe
- Demonstrable experience in moderating workshops, retrospectives and planning events
- Practice in accompanying interdisciplinary teams and promoting self-organized cooperation
- Experience in stakeholder and interface management
- Safe use of Jira, Confluence or comparable collaboration tools
- Ability to identify obstacles early and establish sustainable solutions
- Strong communication, coaching and moderation skills
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Proper reputation is mandatory
