- Eine Zertifizierung als Scrum Master oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung ist vorhanden und eine Weiterbildung in SAFe rundet dein Profil ab.
- Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift und Branchenkenntnisse im Bahnkontext sind von Vorteil.
