For the Senevita Wangenmatt in Bern-Bümpliz we are looking for a residential area manager/in 80-100 % Your tasks
- You lead a care team professionally and personnel and ensure the care processes of your care and dementia department
- You lead by example every day and motivate your team to perform at its best.
- Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize daily care
- You ensure the flow of information to the residents, relatives and the care team
- Responsibility for classification by inter RAI /LTCF
- Personnel planning using the Polypoint Pep system
- Participation in regular reports or meetings with the nursing service
You bring that with you
- An education as a Dipl. Nursing professional
- Leadership experience in a similar position, advantageous with appropriate training
- Experience in long-term care and dealing with demented people
- Experience as MDS Coordinator/RAI / LTCF
- Your warmth and empathy distinguishes you
- You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
- Good oral and written knowledge of German
