- You are responsible for repairs, installations and the professional maintenance of sanitary and heating systems in all buildings of the UPZ (including the outdoor locations)
- You are ready to familiarize yourself with existing facilities and processes and have the will to gradually take responsibility for projects
- You will undertake minor repairs, maintenance and installation work on sanitary and heating systems and ensure reliable operation
- You ensure the functionality, safety and value preservation of the assets
- You will support the team in service tours, in fault analysis and troubleshooting of sanitary and heating systems on Bolligenstrasse as well as in other properties of the UPZ
- You will perform simple administrative tasks related to maintenance and maintenance
- You take over Pikettdienst according to the operational plan and thus contribute to a trouble-free operation around the clock.
