Your challenge
- You actively approach our customers, understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- You inspire sales with clear, honest advice and a convincing appearance.
- You show a high level of self-motivation, achieve your monthly goals and actively contribute to the success of the shop.
- You handle service and support issues (e.g. device service, questions about products/subscriptions) in a solution-oriented, competent and reliable manner.
- Together with the team, you ensure a welcoming shop experience and a positive atmosphere.
- You keep track of administrative and operational tasks (e.g. cash, warehouse, order).
- Use downtimes for exciting outbound campaigns and generate additional sales opportunities
- You live the Sunrise values Bold, Passionate and One in everyday life and actively promote cooperation, customer proximity and initiative.
Your kills
- Ideally, you already have experience in a comparable role in retail or convince as a motivated:r lateral entrant:in with a pronounced sales flair and service orientation.
- You bubble with enthusiasm for technology and digital products and explain them clearly.
- You work goal-oriented and customer-oriented, are reliable and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You show flexibility and are ready to be used regularly on Saturdays and evening shifts.
- You have very good knowledge of German, every other language is a plus.
