Job description As an HR Business Partner, you take on a versatile and responsible function within our HR team. You support managers and employees competently in all personnel-relevant topics and look after your areas holistically along the entire Employee Life Cycle. Comprehensive support and advice for the assigned divisions as well as the employees in the retail sector in all HR-relevant topics Competent contact person for managers and employees along the entire Employee Life Cycle Responsibility for recruitment and support of entries, developments and exits Ensuring professional and timely personnel administration Support of Head of HR Education and training responsibility Active participation in HR projects and internal initiatives Support of the responsible person for basic vocational training in all HR-relevant topics relating to the learners

- Requirements
Completed commercial training as well as further training as HR specialist with Swiss certificate Several years of professional experience in HR, preferably in a comparable function In-depth knowledge of personnel management, recruitment and personnel administration Secure handling of common Microsoft Office applications
