Company and context
- Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of risk boards (including third party management in sales) in coordination with the decentralized sales organization
- Support in the planning and implementation of awareness-raising measures and risk management training
- Representation of the Chief Risk Officer on the internal boards and committees Requirements
- Business studies (level FH/HF) or technical studies with business education Training in risk management
- First professional experience in risk management or in a comparable function, ideally in the industrial environment
- Experience in dealing with governance, risk and compliance systems (GRC) as well as understanding requirements in a security-critical and politically sensitive environment
- Knowledge of common risk management standards (e.g.
- ISO 31000, COSO etc.) as well as export control (export-controlled goods) is an advantage
- Willingness to participate in interdisciplinary change projects in the field of risk management
- Strong analytical, conceptual and networked thinking skills
