Role overview
Attached to the Head of Quality, your mission will be to drive the quality teams in charge of continuous improvement, the long-term resolution of quality issues in production and the securing of new products, from development to marketing, in a demanding and excellent approach. In this context, you will be in charge of:
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of 6 employees
Deploy the operational excellence strategy based on the principles of Lean Management and Kaizen culture for continuous improvement Pilot projects of operational excellence Identify areas for process improvement
- Attached to the Head of Quality, your mission will be to drive the quality teams in charge of continuous improvement, the long-term resolution of quality issues in production and the securing of new products, from development to marketing, in a demanding and excellent approach. In this context, you will be in charge of:
