- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder zu koordinieren, auf gemeinsame Ziele auszurichten und die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zu fördern
- Strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Umsetzungsorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse (eine Sprache auf Muttersprachniveau, die zweite Sprache auf C1 Niveau); gute Englischkenntnisse
