On Station Lüthi, a specialized acute care unit, our team accompanies people with complex psychiatric challenges around the clock. With your additional function of professional responsibility, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that patients feel safe, respected and understood – even in stressful moments. The UPZ offers an environment in which evidence-based care, interdisciplinary cooperation and professional innovation come together.
Your tasks
- You take on the professional responsibility for care on the ward and promote evidence-based, high-quality patient care
- You accompany people with schizophrenic diseases, schizoaffective disorders or delusional diseases professionally through demanding treatment phases
- You support and advise the nursing team on complex nursing issues and promote professional exchange
- Together with the interdisciplinary treatment team, you will develop nursing concepts and put current findings into practice.
- You are actively involved in care development, initiate improvements and contribute to the further development of our quality standards
- You plan, coordinate and evaluate the care process and provide professional documentation
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a diploma as a nurse HF/FH and are ready to complete the Bachelor degree
- You bring professional experience in psychiatry and ideally have in-depth knowledge in the care of people with psychotic diseases
- You enjoy shaping nursing developments and sharing your knowledge with the team
- You work independently, responsibly and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- You appreciate interprofessional cooperation and meet patients with appreciation, empathy and professionalism
- You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
