What to expect

• Management of the business unit modernization in the office as well as responsibility for achieving the budget specifications through optimal use of resources
• Technical and disciplinary management of subordinate sales staff
• Development of strategies and action plans for processing the respective market/customer segments on the basis of portfolio analyses
• Coaching of sales employees with the aim of improving their skills (in the areas of lead management, project management, negotiation,...)

What you bring

• Basic technical or commercial training completed
• Additional training in sales
• Several years of sales and management experience
• Experience in the elevator industry is an advantage
• Project management knowledge and basic technical knowledge and understanding
• Good knowledge of the local language, other languages beneficial
